Vaccinations are a community effort. Making vaccine rollout a success in Lambton County is going to take all of us working together. Some community members stepped up. When the Point Edward Community Vaccination clinic was in need of supplies, Capes Movers helped to move stretchers from Bluewater Health to the site free of charge.

Bluewater First Aid Training Center donated much needed automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to support the health and safety of recovering patients. It’s through support like this that we can get through this. Because we are stronger together.

Thank you LiUNA Local 1089 for their support with setting up the new high-output vaccination clinic in Point Edward. It takes a village, and the support from the Lambton County community throughout the COVID-19 pandemic has been unwavering. We are stronger together. #LambtonStrong #GetTheVaccine

Converting the Point Edward rink into a Community Vaccination HUB was a challenge. But with support from Local Businesses like LamSar Inc got it done. LamSar stepped up and assisted with custom plating to cover the grating in the exit hallway of the clinic, where the ice machine would normally drain. This much-needed safety improvement makes it safe for everyone to exit the clinic when vaccinated.Making the vaccine rollout a success in Lambton County is going to take all of us working together.
