Lambton Public Health (LPH) will be conducting a COVID-19 related telephone survey to randomly selected adults in Lambton County in the coming weeks.
Ipsos Public Affairs (Ipsos) will be conducting the survey on behalf of LPH and they will be calling from a 416 area code.

The purpose of the survey is to gather information from residents in Lambton County to better understand the impact of COVID-19 and related public health measures. The results from this survey will help Lambton Public Health and community partners better serve citizens of Lambton County during the current pandemic.

Lambton Public Health has contracted Ipsos, a Canadian-based market research and public opinion firm, to conduct this study. Ipsos telephone interviewers will be calling you to ask you to participate in the survey.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes of your time. If you are not available at the time Ipsos calls you, you can book a day and time with the interviewer that is more convenient for you.
