Find a Local Primary Care Provider

Here are a few options:

1. Register for Health Care Connect, a service that helps connect community members to a doctor or nurse practitioner in their community who is accepting new patients. You can register online or call 1-800-445-1822.
2. Blue Coast Primary Care keeps an up-to-date list of family physicians currently accepting new patients. Visit their website at Blue Coase Primary Care to join their patient waiting list.
3. Apply for care through a local Community Health Center, Family Health Team, or inquire with a local doctor or nurse practitioner to see if they are accepting new patients.
   • North Lambton Community Health Center (Forest/Kettle point, East Lambton, West Lambton)  – Apply for care.
   • Rapids Family Health Team Physicians accepting new patients.
   • First Five, a program for children ages 0-5 years who do not have a primary care doctor or nurse practitioner.
