Here are a few options:

1. Register for Health Care Connect, a service that helps connect community members to a doctor or nurse practitioner in their community who is accepting new patients. You can register online or call 1-800-445-1822.
2. The Physician Recruitment Taskforce of Sarnia-Lambton keeps an up-to-date list of family physicians currently accepting new patients. Visit their website at doctors4sarnialambton.com to join their patient waiting list.
3. Call The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario Referral Service at 1-800-268-7096, Ext. 626.
4. Apply for care through a local Community Health Center, Family Health Team, or inquire with a local doctor or nurse practitioner to see if they are accepting new patients.
   • North Lambton Community Health Center (Forest/Kettle point, East Lambton, West Lambton)  –Apply for care.
   • Rapids Family Health Team Physicians accepting new patients.
