Lambton Public Health searching for dog following bite incident in Sarnia

Point Edward, ON – Lambton Public Health is seeking information about the location of a dog and its owner following a dog bite incident that occurred around 2:30 p.m. on March 13, 2025, at Blackwell Dog Park in Sarnia.

The dog is described as large size, white colored with brown spots, resembling a mastiff, and was accompanied by a male owner. The owner is described as a Caucasian male, average height, with an average build, wearing a plaid flannel jacket, blue baseball hat, a little facial hair and is thought to be between 40-50 years old.

If the dog is not located and the health status of the animal verified, the victim will need to receive post exposure rabies shots.
