Point Edward, ON – Lambton Public Health (LPH) is notifying the public that the COVID-19 Vaccine Call Centre will be discontinued on Thursday, March 17, 2022.
The COVID-19 situation in our community continues to improve; due to high vaccination rates and continued adherence to public health safety measures, the demand for the COVId-19 Vaccine Call Centre has diminished. As we transition towards our next normal and move through Ontario’s Reopening plan, we expect this demand to further decrease.
The COVID-19 vaccine is still the best protection for yourself and your family against severe COVID-19. For details on upcoming clinics and location visit GetTheVaccine.ca. Individuals who have questions or need assistance with booking a COVID-19 vaccine appointment may call our main line, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 519-383-8331, toll-free at 1-800-667-1839.
