Lambton Public Health hired the Lambton College research team in March 2021 to conduct a needs assessment that engaged with older adults, caregivers, and service providers. The aim of this was to identify gaps and opportunities to improve the referral processes for community supports and health services, gain a greater understanding of the needs of older adults in Lambton County, and gauge the awareness, access, and usage of available supports and health services.
