Point Edward, ON – Lambton Public Health is seeking information about the location of a dog and its owner following a dog bite incident that occurred at the Blackwell Dog Park around 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2025. The incident occurred when the victim tried to stop a fight between the two dogs.
The dog is described as medium-sized with short black and grey hair. The dog was with a lady who appeared to be in her 40’s with medium-length brown hair and two young boys.

If the dog is not located and the health status of the animal verified, the victim will need to receive post exposure rabies shots.
