Point Edward, ON – Lambton Public Health is seeking information about the location of a dog and its owner following a dog bite incident that occurred around 8:15 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, on 191 Indian Road South directly outside of Food Basics in Sarnia.
The dog is described as a medium-to-large dog with a pink/purple collar. The dog has short fur that is mostly black with white fur on chest, paws, and snout. The owner is described as a white male with short, dark brown hair, who appeared to be around 5 feet 8 inches tall.
