Quit Smoking & Vaping Options
One-on-one local quit-smoking coaches will support you in person or over the phone.
• Free Nicotine replacement therapy (gum, patches, etc.)
If your primary care provider is part of a Family Health Team, Community Health Centre, or Twin Bridges Nurse Practitioner Clinic – ask about these services.

Health811 (Previously Telehealth Ontario)
Provides free individual counseling over the phone to clients who wish to quit smoking. Clients can call Health811 (toll-free) at 811 for support to help them quit smoking.
