Event: Food and Beverage
*All event organizers are required by law under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S.O. 1990, CHAPTER H.7 to notify Lambton Public Health of special events open to the public where food is being served. Application forms are required at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your event but we encourage organizers to get in touch with us early in your planning process. Please submit completed forms to publichealth@county-lambton.on.ca

Event: Personal Service Settings
These guidelines and forms are intended to be used for special events attended by the general public or industry representatives where personal services are provided, such as hairstyling, barbering, tattooing, micropigmentation, ear piercing, body piercing, electrolysis, manicures, pedicures, and aesthetics (facials or waxing). It should also ensure the event complies with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017.
