COVID-19 Telephone Survey

Point Edward, ON  Lambton Public Health (LPH) will be conducting a COVID-19 related telephone survey to randomly selected adults in Lambton County in the coming weeks.

Your input will help public health:

  • Understand knowledge and behaviours around COVID-19
  • Determine community impact of public health measures
  • Identify community needs

“Everyone, in communities across Lambton County and around the world, has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Crystal Palleschi, Epidemiologist at Lambton Public Health. “Responses to the survey will improve our understanding of the impact of public health measures and help us identify and address community needs.”

Ipsos Public Affairs will be conducting the survey on behalf of LPH. Specifically, the survey will include questions on:

  • temporary job loss
  • need to change work or work hours to look after children
  • impacts of social isolation
  • issues providing care to loved ones
  • mental health and well-being

In addition, the survey will measure awareness and use of public health information about COVID-19.

If you have questions or concerns about the survey, call Lambton Public Health at 519-383-8331, toll-free 1-800-667-1839, or visit https://lambtonpublichealth.ca/covid-19-survey/ and view the frequently asked questions posted for this community survey.
