Timely reporting for diseases of public health significance is essential. Some diseases need to be reported immediately, see the full list below for details.

Reportable Diseases List

Reporting is required if you suspect or confirm any of the specified diseases or events (as per Ontario Regulation 135/18 and amendments under the Health Protection and Promotion Act). Please report diseases to the local Medical Officer of Health by telephone (24 hours/day, 7 days/week)
