Notify Us of a Suspected/Confirmed Reportable Disease
Timely reporting of important public health diseases is crucial. You must report any suspected or confirmed cases of specified diseases or events as outlined in Ontario Regulation 135/18 under the Health Protection and Promotion Act. These include Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV.

Low-cost Birth Control options with prescription
Lambton Public Health’s Dispensary
Our dispensary offers birth control, free condoms and safe sex supplies. Birth control options are available with a valid prescription at a reduced price for clients who do not have a drug plan.
Condoms and safe sex supplies are free.
Pregnancy Testing & Options Counselling
Our Sexual Health Clinic offers urine pregnancy testing, consultation about pregnancy options, and pregnancy counselling.
